A medium-dry heritage cider made exclusively from Coxes Pippin apples. The 2025 vintage marks a confident stylistic shift, delivering a cider of wine-like sophistication.

We chose a yeast that enhances tropical flavours, which has brought out bold notes of passion fruit, complemented by subtle hints of melon.

Aged for 6 months before bottling, this cider retains a youthful acidity, complemented by a natural spritz.
