Memberships for the 2025 edition of the Cider Circle are available now.

We want to make great ciders and share them with a committed, interested community. So this season, we’re inviting you to join The Cider Circle — an exclusive group of cider enthusiasts and industry insiders with access to rare and limited-volume blends, as we explore heritage apple varieties, cider styles and experimental fermentations from our cidery.

The roots of our cider begin in the orchard — where we’ve spent years cultivating over 30 traditional and heirloom cider apple varieties, selected for complexity, balance, and fermentation character. These rare trees represent a living archive of cider history, spanning tannic bittersweets, sharp acid-driven cultivars, and rare varieties seldom seen in modern production.

The Cider Circle is a community of cider lovers united by a passion for rare, small-batch, and barrel-aged ciders crafted with care and curiosity. From spontaneous ferments to barrel-aged fruit blends, each release will offer a window into our ongoing fermentation program and the orchard we work with. Members will receive limited-edition releases throughout the year — each release accompanied by production notes, tasting profiles, and a story of the fruit and process behind it.

Ideal for growers, cider enthusiasts, brewers, and sommeliers looking to expand their cider knowledge and understanding.

We believe cider is more than a drink — it’s an expression of land, fruit, and fermentation. The Cider Circle is our way of sharing this experience with a community that cares.
