New World Apple Cider (3.8%/abv) Carton - 16 x 330ml

New World is a Premium mid-strength sweet cider (3.8%/abv) made from fermented NewLeaf apple juice.  Perfect for a hot afternoon, served in a tall glass over ice. 

Unlike most modern ciders, we take our time to make New World Cider the best it can be.  Harvested from our orchard, Pink Lady apples are first pressed and then fermented with two types of yeast that help to bring out the flavour of the juice.  With fermentation complete, we then allow those flavours to mature over the next 4 months in horizontal tanks, a process which helps to lower the acidity to make an easy drinking cider.  The final step is to add a touch of sweetness back into the cider, by blending in our brand of raw NewLeaf apple juice to make those apples flavours really shine.
